Set aside a 4-hour block each day to do essential items on your to-do list. That time is “your.” There were no phone calls or other interruptions, even from family. Make sure your loved ones are aware that this is the time when interruptions are not acceptable. Instead, find a suitable time during which, barring emergencies, no one requires your assistance.

This continuous time enables you to produce your best work, learn everything about your chosen profession, and gradually advance to an expert in your industry.

4: Extension Screen For Your Computer

Recently, I’ve started utilising this. You won’t need to go to your email or any other reference screen once your computer equips with a second screen. (Plus: it gives you the appearance that you’re extremely busy!)

It undoubtedly saves a tonne of time for me. Particularly when I have to answer emails and simultaneously complete that critical study or attend a webinar; although it is an essential facility, it is pretty functional.

5: Mobile learning

I’m not talking about your phone. The idea here is to turn your vehicle or another form of transportation into a mobile university. Start listening to podcasts and CDs with audio-learning content. There are podcasts accessible today for anything you need to learn or stay current. During your journey, do this.

Every day, my trip to work takes two hours. I make the most of this time by listening to professionals in my field. You have uninterrupted time right now. So naturally, when you self-drive, ensure the audio is at the best volume on the speaker phone and that you are not using headphones, which could muffle the sound of other cars shouting at you to move over for the ambulance.

6: Outsource or Delegate

Don’t take on tasks that someone else can complete for you. Instead, hire a professional cleaning service to help you free up some of your valuable time.

End your fixation with washing your car or ironing your clothing. Maybe you could combine your shopping trip with one that friends or family make to the mall, or you could try to make most of your purchases online. But, on the other hand, it might not be the best use of your valuable time to wander through the aisles of a mall!

7: Save Energy

The final point focuses on conserving energy rather than time. I accomplish it through meditation and quiet time. It would be best to practice quietly focusing on your daily priorities as an entrepreneur, especially in a startup environment. You may zoom out of the everyday grind and gain a proper perspective on every element of your life by practising meditation.

Under time constraints, you might handle some duties. For instance, financial ones are typically quite stressful. However, you can manage that tension by meditating each day and setting aside some quiet time.
